Ah, September! Cooler weather, quieter stores and streets, turning leaves, and Card Buffet! The dates are Tuesday, September 9 6-9 pm (adults only) and Thursday, September 11, 10 am to noon. Please let me know which you'll be attending!
I just returned from the annual Stampin Up Convention loaded with wonderful card and project ideas! So in honor of all the great swaps I received, I am featuring some of them as the projects for September. We'll make copies of the ideas you see below!
Kindness Card. $1.50
This card designed by Gayle Enouen features the new Bella Rose designer paper and the new Scallop Edge punch! No more making those scallops with the corner rounder. Yay! As always, you may use whichever sentiment stamp you wish--and I have lots of new ones for you to try!
Floral Bird Birthday Card. $1.50
This beautiful card, designed by Abbie Lockwood, features the bird silhouette from the set Always. You could almost squeeze by using this as a masculine card! And any sentiment would work.
Daisy Smiles Card. $1.50
I love the bright white flowers on this card by LeeAnn Greff! It's a simple Wow card--our favorite kind!
Flower Silhouette. $1.50
This card is based on a sample designed by the Stampin Up staff for us to make. Silhouettes are hot right now, and you'll love this stamp! Several sentiments are available for you to use.
Tangerine Spring Card. $1.50
This gorgeous card by Kim Dent will work for any occasion! Easy to watercolor, you can take as much or as little time as you like.
Technique: Faux Metal. $5
Learn this fabulous way to get inexpensive metal embellishments! They really dress up a card or gift, and they don't add a lot of weight for mailing!
Sticky Note Keychains. $2 each
How cute are these! They make great little gifts for teachers, coworkers, or family. Choose the style you like best!
B Yourself Mini Scrapbook. $6
This badge holder mini book is perfect for a brag book, or to remember a wonderful summer! Because it's small, it's great for slipping in a purse or backpack as a remembrance.
