Technique--Faux Silk. $5
I am "saux" into Faux lately, can you tell? Another great technique that makes your cards a WOW without breaking the bank. I'm not sure you can make a dress out of it, but for cards it's GREAT!

September Card Buffet--a tribute to Convention swaps

Ah, September! Cooler weather, quieter stores and streets, turning leaves, and Card Buffet! The dates are Tuesday, September 9 6-9 pm (adults only) and Thursday, September 11, 10 am to noon. Please let me know which you'll be attending!

I just returned from the annual Stampin Up Convention loaded with wonderful card and project ideas! So in honor of all the great swaps I received, I am featuring some of them as the projects for September. We'll make copies of the ideas you see below!

This card designed by Gayle Enouen features the new Bella Rose designer paper and the new Scallop Edge punch! No more making those scallops with the corner rounder. Yay! As always, you may use whichever sentiment stamp you wish--and I have lots of new ones for you to try!
